Sue began her dance training with 8 years of ballet. She discovered
her love for bellydance in 2004, beginning her first classes with
Nadiya Vadahty. She further expanded her knowledge of bellydance
studying ATS with Cindy Moonbear, Tribal Fusion with Kendra
Searls, Egyptian and Flokloric with A'isha azar and most recently
Classical with Nefabit. She has taken workshops with many notables
including several members of the Indigo, Bozenka, Sonia, Amar
Gamal, Eva Cernik, Tempest, Medea, Geneva Bybee, Audrey LaRue, Carolena Nereccio, Sharon Moore, Troupe Hipnotica, Alexandra Kind, Shareen El Safy, DaVid of Scandanavia, Talia and Nefabit. She continues to study and has danced with several local troupes including Hasna Haddiyah, Spokane Tribal fusion, Malidoma and Koreshakti Tribal Fusion. She is currently a member of Baharat and Mystik Dream. She has also studied other forms of movement extensively including ballet, bollywood, bhangra, martial arts, tai chi and yoga.
